O-Team

๐ผ O-TEAM — Retro co-op action with pure VHS attitude
Grab your weapon. Choose your hero. The world is already falling apart. ๐ฅ
O-TEAM is a fast-paced third-person action shooter inspired by the glorious excess of 80s and 90s VHS action movies, arcade games and ridiculous military blockbusters.
Fight through ruined cities, frozen military bases, alien worlds, deserts, prehistoric nightmares and many other movie-inspired battlefields while facing zombies, robots, cyborgs, monsters, mercenaries, drones and gigantic bosses.
And yes: you can bring a friend.
And if that's still not enough... you can also settle things in local competitive multiplayer. ๐ฎ๐ฎ
๐ฅ YOU ARE O-TEAM
Choose from a growing roster of action heroes, each with their own look and gameplay advantages, then jump into battle solo or in local 2-player split-screen co-op.
Coordinate your attacks, cover each other, and when your partner goes down... get them back on their feet before the timer runs out. โค๏ธโ๐ฅ
Because two heroes mean twice the firepower.
And in O-TEAM 1.1, your roster can grow even further through the new Hero Store, powered by VHS Credits earned through progression.
๐ฌ 24 MOVIES. ONE VERY BAD DAY.
O-TEAM is structured like a ridiculous lost VHS action collection.
Each movie brings its own setting, enemies, hazards, objectives and atmosphere, with cinematic:
๐ฅ Briefings
๐ Mission insertions
๐ฃ Battles and escalating waves
๐น Boss encounters
๐ Victory debriefings
From devastated cities to polar fortresses and stranger places you probably shouldn't visit, the campaign constantly changes the rules.
๐ช CAMPAIGN MODE
Create up to 3 independent campaign saves and build your own route through the O-TEAM movie library.
At each stage, choose between 3 available movies and decide where your team goes next.
Your difficulty is selected when starting the campaign. If things become too brutal, you can lower it later — but you can't raise it mid-campaign. ๐
Play alone or tackle the campaign in local 2-player co-op.
๐น๏ธ ARCADE MODES
Want more ways to play? O-TEAM includes a full Arcade section with multiple replay-focused modes:
- Free Play — jump straight into any unlocked movie
- Horde — survive escalating enemy waves
- Boss Rush — face bosses one after another
- VHS Marathon — complete consecutive movies in one run
- Score Attack — chase points, speed and efficiency
- Survival — endure as long as possible
- Arcade Challenges — 24 handcrafted objective-based missions
- Mutators — remix selected arcade modes with wild rule changes
These modes are built for quick replays, experimentation, score chasing and chaos.
๐ PROFILE, ACHIEVEMENTS & CAREER STATS
O-TEAM 1.1 introduces a full Profile system that tracks your career across the game.
Keep an eye on statistics such as:
- play time
- kills
- bosses defeated
- headshots
- accuracy
- deaths
- weapons used
- grenades and rockets
- damage taken and avoided
- completed movies
- Arcade activity
- Competitive matches
- favorite heroes
- and more
There are also 38 Achievements covering Campaign, Combat, Arcade, Competitive and long-term career goals.
Some are easy.
Some are absolutely not. ๐ผ๐
๐ฐ VHS CREDITS
Progress now earns VHS Credits, O-TEAM's permanent progression currency.
Credits come from finite progression goals such as:
- unlocking Achievements
- completing movies for the first time
- earning medals in Arcade Challenges
No endless kill farming.
Earn them by actually doing action-movie hero stuff.
๐ HERO STORE
Spend your VHS Credits to unlock 6 additional action heroes, each designed as a gameplay sidegrade rather than a straight power upgrade:
- ALEX IRONLAW
- T-88 VANGUARD
- K'RAX HUNTER
- MARIO โMAMBAโ COBRALDI
- VIPER PLISK
- JAMES BANG
Competitive play keeps things normalized, so the store does not turn local multiplayer into pay-to-win nonsense.
Because that would be very un-VHS.
โจ COSMETIC STORE
O-TEAM 1.1 also adds a Cosmetic Store with 12 unlockable items across four categories:
- Head accessories
- Emblems
- Crosshair styles
- Screen filters
Cosmetics are purely visual and do not modify gameplay stats.
Equip your favorites and give your action hero the kind of completely unnecessary visual flair every VHS protagonist deserves.
โ๏ธ COMPETITIVE MODE
O-TEAM includes local competitive multiplayer for 1 to 4 players.
Fight across 23 battle arenas in fast-paced split-screen multiplayer with support for up to four human players.
Competitive play includes:
- Deathmatch
- Team Deathmatch
- King of the Zone
- Last Hero Standing
You can also activate competitive mutators to make battles even more absurd.
If co-op is about saving the world...
competitive is about proving who's the real action hero. ๐ฃ
๐ฏ TRAINING TAPE
Need a warm-up before the carnage?
Training Tape is an interactive practice mode that teaches the basics of movement, aiming, weapons, grenades, traversal and combat through a sequence of short training stations.
Perfect for:
- new players
- testing controls
- learning the weapons
- getting comfortable with the game
- or preparing before jumping into Campaign, Arcade or Competitive
โ ๏ธ FIVE DIFFICULTY LEVELS
From a relaxed action romp to complete VHS-era suffering:
Very Easy ยท Easy ยท Normal ยท Hard ยท Hardcore
Difficulty affects your survivability, endurance, ammunition, enemy toughness and the intensity of enemy waves.
Hardcore means Hardcore.
You've been warned. ๐
๐ฎ PLAY YOUR WAY
O-TEAM supports:
- โจ๏ธ Keyboard + mouse
- ๐ฎ Gamepads
- ๐ฅ Local 2-player split-screen co-op
- ๐ Local competitive multiplayer for up to 4 players
- ๐ฑ Touch controls with adaptive HUD, contextual actions and strong auto-aim assistance
The touch interface automatically adapts to smaller screens and includes a dynamic camera stick designed specifically for mobile play.
โ๏ธ BUILT TO RUN ON A LOT OF MACHINES
O-TEAM includes scalable graphics settings ranging from Ultra Low to Ultra, plus an AUTO mode designed to adapt performance to your hardware.
You can choose a target frame rate and manually fine-tune advanced options such as:
internal resolution, shadows, view distance, effects, particles, smoke, dynamic lights and interface update rates.
There is even an optional 30-second automated benchmark that stress-tests the game and recommends a suitable configuration. ๐ฅ๏ธโก
Old machine? Turn it down.
Gaming monster? Turn everything up.
๐พ SAVE, EXPORT AND IMPORT
O-TEAM includes flexible save management tools:
- up to 3 campaign save slots
- persistent Profile and Career progression
- export save
- import save
- full reset if you want to start over from scratch
Your Profile stores progression including achievements, VHS Credits, purchased heroes, cosmetics and other long-term unlocks.
So whether you're testing builds, changing devices or just backing things up, your progress stays under control.
๐บ MADE WITH RETRO DNA
O-TEAM isn't trying to look realistic.
It embraces:
โจ Low-poly characters
๐ผ VHS / CRT atmosphere
๐ Neon arcade colors
๐ฅ Excessive explosions
๐ธ Synth-heavy action energy
๐บ๏ธ Tactical HUD and minimap
๐ฌ Cheesy action-movie presentation
It's a love letter to an era when every hero had unlimited ammunition, every base exploded, and nobody walked away from an explosion looking backwards.
๐ WHAT'S NEW IN O-TEAM 1.1
Version 1.1 massively expands progression and replayability:
